Catalyst Counselling aims to make the referral process clear, professional and easy for support coordinators and participants.
1. Make an Enquiry or Referral
Submit an NDIS referral form or contact Catalyst Counselling with the participant’s details, presenting concerns, funding type and support needs.
2. Suitability and Availability Are Confirmed
Referral information is reviewed to confirm whether counselling is suitable and whether there is current availability.
3. Service Agreement Is Completed
Before sessions commence, the participant or representative will receive the relevant intake information and service agreement.
4. Counselling Begins
Sessions are scheduled based on participants' needs, availability, and funding arrangements.
5. Progress Is Reviewed
Where appropriate, counselling progress can be reviewed in relation to the participant’s goals and support needs.
NDIS counselling fees may vary depending on location, funding arrangement, service type and the current service agreement.
Fees and claiming arrangements are confirmed before services commence.
Reports, stakeholder meetings, and additional documentation are charged for by agreement, where applicable.
