Complete an online referral form or Contact Catalyst Counselling with the participant’s details, presenting concerns, funding type and support needs.
Michael will review the referral information and confirm whether counselling is suitable and whether there is current availability.
Before sessions commence, the participant or representative will receive the relevant intake information and service agreement.
Sessions are scheduled based on participants' needs, availability, and funding arrangements.
Where appropriate, counselling progress can be reviewed in relation to the participant’s goals and support needs.
